Want Beans Update

You no longer need to create an account to create a cafe on Want Beans. Add your favourite coffee house by visiting the new cafe page.

If you’ve visited the site with IE6, you’ll have noticed a lot of grey.

Want Beans uses a lot of PNGs, which are images that allow for partial transparency. IE6 does not natively handle these and displays grey instead.

I have spent some time tonight addressing this issue and using the site should not be a lot more pleasurable for IE6 users.

Want Beans is designed to help you find that perfect cafe, whether in the town where you live or in places that you are visiting.

By creating an account, you will be able to rate and review cafes that you visit with a view to helping other people enjoy those places as well. You can add the details of your favourite cafe and share your best haunts with other members.
